We strive to provide quality property maintenance and reporting to our clientele in order to maximize your profitability and minimize the time and tedious tasks involved in and imposed on you regarding the maintenance of residential properties.

We have seen a significant increase in the amount of vacant and non-maintained homes in the past two years resulting in lowered property value, substantially less marketable properties and in some cases, an irrecoverable loss. The situation has harbored criminal and vandalistic activity in some areas and caused the sale of property to substantially decrease and in some cases made it impossible. We have found the average home buyer to be quite shortsighted when viewing these properties due to its initial appearance and condition.

Through research and data collection we have found a need to provide our services to the private and real-estate sectors in order to sustain and/or even increase property value in areas serviced. We have also found our service to aid in restoring buyer confidence through our preservation and reporting services.
